my psp is a psp-3000 and I can’t open the games I have downloaded. I’ve extracted it and saved it into my memory card. What is the problem????

and btw how the heek does it work, ive unrar it and it just comes out with a folder psp_game and UMD date file, how do we add it to the psp? can u tell me please, i been working on it like 3-4hours now and i cant seem to get around it, mybe i missed something
